Choosing Your Stove
1. Choose your stove
Once you have finished browsing, your questions have been answered and you feel ready to order your stove online, enter the Shop and choose your stove. If for whatever reason/s you prefer not to place your order online, you are welcome to contact us to discuss your requirements, place your order and arrange payment including a deposit towards the installation price if this is required.
2. Choose your colour
Our stoves are available in a choice of six standard colours. Additionally, custom colours are available on request, so please contact us directly at this point if you wish to discuss this option. Please note, we cannot guarantee an exact colour match to what you see on screen as images and colours vary depending on your device settings. If you have a concern about colour accuracy, please contact us to request a paint colour sample prior to placing your order with us.
3. Finalise your choices
If you are choosing one of our six standard colours, then we advise that you now familiarise with the ‘Features and Benefits’, the ‘Indicative Installation Prices’ and the ‘Hearth’ drop-down information (including the ‘Multi Fuel Kit’ for the FX1) before finalising your choices. Your order amount will be displayed once you have finalised your choices. To complete your online order, simply ‘Add to Cart’ and follow the payment process.
4. ‘With’ installation
When you select the option that closely describes the type of installation you require, a deposit of £500.00 towards the total price for installation is applied to your online order. The balance of the installation price will be paid 2-3 days prior to installation at your home. We will contact you on receipt of your order to discuss the installation type you have selected, and to advise whether a site survey will be necessary to confirm that we can install your stove, and to advise the full installation price. If, for whatever reason/s, the installation does not proceed then the deposit paid of £500.00 will be fully refunded.
5. ‘Without’ installation
If you select this option, then to complete your online order simply finalise your choices, ‘Add to Cart’ and follow the payment process.
6. Delivery and installation
On completing your online order, you will receive a confirmation email, and one of our staff will subsequently contact you to schedule delivery and installation if included. We aim to deliver your stove within 3 weeks from receiving your order. During the very busy winter months please allow up to 4-5 weeks. Orders requiring installation can take up to 5 weeks including a site survey and the stove build time. If your order includes installation, delivery and installation will be carried out on the same day. If your order excludes installation, please note that your stove will be delivered to your door only. It is your responsibility to get your stove into your property, so please have somebody on hand to help.
